Partners from the Netherlands and Poland have started Erasmus+ cooperation project Independence Hub: Digital support for displaced Ukrainian citizens in the EU’ (No. 2024-2-NL01-KA210-ADU-000260781).

This project supports Ukrainian refugees in the Netherlands and Poland with online course, AI Assistant and Manual to navigate healthcare, educational and legal systems and create opportunities for sustainable housing and career development of Ukrainians in the EU. We aim to improve access to social services and ensure better support for Ukrainian people in the EU and to empower Ukrainian citizens independence and successful integration in Europe.

Partners have different expertise but share the same mission and vision. The project coordinator Soyka NL is a non-profit organisation advocating for pro-democratic values. Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, they have assisted over 6000 refugees in the Netherlands by providing essential supplies, filling gaps left by larger NGOs and governments. Soyka NL also hosts events to share accurate information about politics and society, fostering a supportive community.

FENAN Consulting (Nl) is an education and research centre that is empowering vulnerable communities through digital literacy and psychological resilience. They have developed participatory workshops for Ukrainian refugees  to build their resilience and support their integration in the EU. They have also developed a non-formal educational program to increase the psychological literacy of social workers helping refugees with war trauma.

PORT NADZIEI  is a non-profit association from Poland dedicated to countering propaganda and supporting democratic initiatives. They are focused on promoting peace, supporting Ukraine and combating disinformation. Organisation volunteers for the Aid Guide for Ukrainians in Poland.
